Bookings cancelled 48 hours before the start of the rental date will receive a full refund.
Due to Covid-19 which is affecting the world, people who are infected with Covid-19 can apply to change the date up to 3 months ahead. However there are conditions users must follow.
There are several reasons why users will not be able to get a refund as stated below:
Some refunds may need a support document before the refund process is made. However all the refunds will be made depending on the situation and approved by management. Please do not hesitate to contact customer service for any matters. Payment will be credited within approximately 14 business days.
